Maqui Berry Smoothie

Maqui Berry Smoothie
(Serves 2-3)
Ingredients:
1 cup homemade almond milk (can sub hemp milk, cashew milk etc.)
1 cup coconut water
1 frozen banana (can also use fresh)
large handful steamed and frozen cauliflower
large handful frozen (or fresh) kale
¾ cup frozen wild blueberries
¾ cup frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp flax meal
2 tsp Maqui berry powder
1 tsp Lucuma powder
2 tsp Maca powder
2 scoops collagen peptides (can sub marine collagen)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth. Top with bee pollen and coconut. Store any leftovers in fridge for the next day.
